COIL FLATTENING LINE - SLITTING LINE

  

The coil flattening and slitting plant was activated by Lo Cascio Salvatore & C. srl to extend its already vast range of processes and transformations of steel products.
In this way the company, as a sheet metal service centre, can guarantee a wide choice of processes as regards both widths and thicknesses. Thanks to the use of the new production lines it is now possible to slit and cut coils with a minimum width of 250 mm and maximum of 2,000 mm, with thicknesses between 0.5 and 8 mm inclusive.
Moreover, as well as on the plant located in the new workshops, the new sheet metal centre can also and especially rely on a commercial organisation supported by its own distribution structure.

CUTTING LINES

Longitudinal Cuts
- Materials with Rm – less than or equal to -700N mm2
- Minimum width 70 mm. Thicknesses: min. 0.5 mm – max. 3 mm.
- Materials with Rm – less than or equal to -430N mm2
- Minimum width 750 mm. Thicknesses: min. 3 mm – max. 8 mm.
Transverse Cuts
- Materials with Rm – less than or equal to -700N mm2
- Minimum width 250 mm. Thicknesses: min. 0.5 mm – max. 3 mm.
- Materials with Rm – less than or equal to -430N mm2
- Minimum width 1,000 mm. Thicknesses: min. 3 mm – max. 8 mm. m.
