SANDBLAST ARTICLES AND COATING
Among the ultra-modern plant available in the Company, we can certainly include the one used to sandblast articles before applying any type of coating.
Our sandblasting tunnel has been sized to sandblast tanks with diameters of up to 3,000 mm and a max. length of 15,000 mm. The special layout of the turbines allows the required level of sandblasting to be achieved whatever the angle of the surfaces with respect to the axis of forward movement.
Before the coatings are applied, all tanks are prepared by sandblasting the surfaces to level Sa 2.5 as defined by standard UNI EN ISO 8503.
PAINT JOB
The paint job process comes executed with varnish use to poliuretanic or epoxy base without dissolvents.
Qualified personnel guarantees the respect of the standards previewed in phase of planning.
